Amateur figure skating is a great way to keep fit and stay in shape. Figure skating, being a complex coordination sport, does not leave a single muscle unattended, it inexorably requires the development of the whole body and mind. Amateur figure skating gives you the opportunity to compete and win. Our athletes take part in local, regional, national and international competitions. The largest international tournament held in Russia is called Russian Winter.

In Orlenok since 2011, they have been training with amateurs of various ages and levels of training – from beginners to pros – those who already jump and spin. COMPETITIONS.

Adult figure skating enthusiasts can take part in city, regional, all-Russian and even world-class competitions.Participants in the competition are on ice with the program for musical accompaniment.

Competitions are held in several types of programs: arbitrary, interpretation, improvisation, indicative number in solitary skating. You can also perform in a duet, in sports dancing on ice, in sports pairs, in group numbers and in synchronized form of skiing.

Participation in competitions for lovers is not only a sporting interest. This is communication, acquaintances, the exchange of experience and a sea of positive emotions.
