The most interesting thing began after the final interview, when they say that we will definitely give the feedback until the end of the week (and it was in the middle of the week) and disappear from the horizon …
Having contacted the recruiter Irina Gromakova, about whom they already wrote a lot about, a person began to compose various stories – at first that all the leaders got sick with the interviews, then it turned out that they all went on vacation))), and then “well, we still want others candidates to see … . That is, how is it? Do you get sick or others?)) At the same time, you promised to give 100% in two weeks.
Two weeks later, of course, there was no answer. The recruiter did not take the pipe and did not answer the messages. And when she called back, her answer sounded so you know, we decided to take his inner candidate to this position here.

You save 1 minute of time for feedback, but at the same time the rating of your “company” as an employer, so spoiled, fell below the baseboard.

I tried to get a job as a sports master even after re-reading the comments. I thought, you never know who writes, BUT each of the NEGATIVE comments is TRUE. After the scheduled interview, I came to the cashier, asked to call the administrator, where I waited for him for 10-15 minutes and watched the work of the staff. The entire staff is demotivated, they shout at each other, a lot of clothes (which were abandoned) were demolished in the checkout area, the sellers refuse to take things to their places. Corporate standards appear to be missing. Cashiers are rude to customers.
During the interview, they asked a lot of strange and unnecessary questions, in total it took 2.5 hours, after which they said that I was the right employee and they would invite me for an interview with HR. A week later, they invited me to a recruiter where strange and stupid questions were asked again (they tried to create the appearance of work) ,But most of the issues do not concern the position and official duties. I think all this is nonsense, because the wages and obligations were pre -arranged on the Work.ua website. In this interview, they began to declare 4000 UAHs less than on the site (such as a trial period), I think to be patient, at the end of the interviews, they again say that everything is super, we give a week to weigh me and them, after which they will again invite an interview and registration to the 3rd.
