Technical description

Benefits of CoastOne presses.

CoastOne press brakes offer all the advantages of a servo-electric drive combined with the latest technological developments and modern design:

  • environmental friendliness, since oil is not used in the servo drive, and, accordingly, there is no waste oil that has a detrimental effect on the environment;
  • reduced cycle times (approximately 30% compared to hydraulic press brakes) due to shorter acceleration times, high acceleration and deceleration rates, and fast response time of the servo-electric drive system;
  • energy savings of up to 3000 kW/year (with one-shift operation) compared to hydraulic press brakes, because electricity is consumed only during the immediate bending phase;
  • no dependence on ambient temperature conditions;
  • Significant maintenance savings when replacing life-limited components such as valves, filtration systems, seals, etc.

Thus, it can be said that CoastOne servo-electric press brakes are more ergonomic, economical and high-performance compared to hydraulic press brakes.

Raising and lowering the bending beam combined with an anti-deflection system.

The uniqueness of CoastOne press brakes lies in the spindle system located in the top beam of the press. This system, based on ball screw spindles, distributes the force along the entire length of the bend and, at the same time, is an anti-deflection system that allows you to achieve an accuracy of positioning the upper beam of ±0.005 mm.The distance between the spindles is 600 mm, the number of spindles depends on the length of the gib. Thanks to the large gear ratio of the gearbox and the diameter of the spindle, there is no need to use optical lines.

The rear emphasis

On the press, a double -axle rear stop system (BG2) is installed with CNC controlled coordinates X, R with movement along linear guide and SHF.

Two stubborn fingers of the stop have a very strong design and move along the axes Z1-Z2 along the double linear guide manually.

Tool mount

In the standard performance, the press is equipped with a mechanical fastening of punch and matrices such as Amada/Promecam (can be replaced with a Wila type mount). The use of various instrumental systems and combinations of tools does not cause difficulties, which allows you to expand the range of areas of use of bending.

CNC system

The Omron Yaskawa CNC system has a convenient color touch monitor with the ability to develop control programs in the dialogue mode directly at the workplace.

Lasersafe security system (option)

A two -channel laser security system with mutually independent processing of incoming signals, the exchange of relevant data and continuous monitoring of incoming data.

Allows the tool to stop at high speed, thereby increasing the performance of the press. The reader provides constant monitoring of the speed and brake path of the slider. When using light protection, even small parts can be bent by controlling the press from the pedal. This also allows you to control the press using several foot pedals, because There is no need to apply two -handed technology in this case.

Delta x axis for the rear stop (+/- 50 mm) (option)

The program displacement of one rear stop relative to the other perpendicular to the plane of the GIB for the bending of parts, in which the basic surfaces are not parallel to the lines of the GIB or are on different lines.

3D METALIXBEND software with CAD Link module (option)

The Metalix bending program simplifies the process of programming of gypical presses and allows you to carry out detailed simulation of the bending process of any given part. Metalixbend can take an existing drawing, develop a sequence of bending, offer tools and generate a control program.

  • Reading DWG or DXF formats.
  • Models transmission from SOLIDEDGE® and SolidWorks®, Autodesk.
  • File File File (in formats – DOC, HTML, PDF, XLS and RTF), including all the information you need:

Together with the autonomous software package, Coastone equips the CNC stand with the second additional display to display all data data data (graphic visualization).

Convenience of work. Front folding table (option).

The press can be equipped with a front auxiliary table. The table lowers/rises depending on the needs.
