Surgutian Nastya Gontar became a tenfold swimming champion

The Ugra Parapolites spoke brilliantly at the Russian Swimming Championship in Kazan. Competitions were held for people with damage to the musculoskeletal system. About 250 athletes from 42 regions of the country, as well as from Belarus and the Donetsk People’s Republic, took part in them. Six swimmers represented Ugra: Anastasia Gontar, Karina Nikonova and Vadim Kuzmenko from Surgut, Elena Petrenko, Vladimir Busarev and Anton Baltachev from Uray.

The strongest parapolites of Russia arrived in Kazan. Among them are prize -winners and winners of the Paralympic Games. The competition was very high. Medals in the disciplines of Brass, butterfly, free style, relay played for six days.

Surgutian Anastasia Gontar performed in class S 10. It traditionally has very high competition. This time 26 athletes fought for the victory. Nastya is a champion and silver medalist of the Paralympics. So on the path she was originally one of the favorites. And confirmed her skill. The athlete won in a hundred -meter on her back. And she has already become a ten -time champion of the country.

There are now two “silver” of the Russian championship in the piggy bank of Nastya.

Nastya Gontar also closed the first three at a distance of 100 brass.

A brilliant result was shown by Anton Baltachev from Uray. He became the author of four records of Russia! And the owner of five medals in the class S1 – S2.

“He earned two champion titles and national records in the swims on his back at distances of 50 and 100 meters. Baltachev set two more records, along with bronze medals, set 50 and 200 meters free. The fifth – bronze – he purchased a reward in a hundred -meter with free style, ”said CAS Ugra.

Another Yugorchank Elena Petrenko became a three -time silver and bronze medalist of the Russian championship. In the swims of 50, 100 meters on her back and 50 meters, it became the second freedom. Petrenko took the third step of the pedestal, according to the results of a hundred meters, free -style.

A native of Uray Vladimir Busarev twice completed a swim in a step away from the medal: 50 and 100 meters free style. But at the 50-meter, the athlete managed to fulfill the standard of the master of sports of Russia of the international class, and on the hundred-meter-masters of sports.

– For the first time we return with four records. Honestly, they did not even expect that it would work out. Hope, of course, was, but Anton’s rivals were very strong – the winners of the Paralympic Games in Tokyo. The competition was generally high, especially when classes were combined.On the other hand, there are no former athletes – Anton earlier, before the injury, was seriously engaged in football – and the results of the championship prove this. Our swimmers at this championship simply showed miracles. Elena Petrenko sailed a hundred -meter as never before: neither in training, nor in other competitions. I sailed like it was the Paralympic Games! Vladimir also showed a good result, greatly improved his time. The will to the victory, which drives them, simply cannot be explained. My emotions go off the way, ”commented the coach Elena Busareva.
