Drama. The requirements are the same as for prose. One act of the play + summarize the other acts or a short play. One competitive work is one work.

Photos and video exhibition: poets who want to present their work on the video exhibition must be brought to the CD festival with a demo for demonstration on the screen.

From August 24 to 30, the city of Shchelkino hosted the international festival of literature and culture “Slavic traditions.

The festival was conceived in 2008 by the poet and musician Irina Siletskaya, who took the initiative to hold a festival of Russian literature in Shchelkino, Crimea. The organizers of the International Literary Festival Slavic Traditions are the Writers' Union of Russia, the Belarusian Literary Union Polotsk Branch, the South Russian Writers' Union, the Crimean Literary Academy. The constant media partners of the festival are the literary media-newspapers Russian Writer, Moscow Writer, literary almanacs LitEra, Own Variant, Yuryev Den, publishing house Dolya (Simferopol).

For seven years, such famous writers have visited the festival,like Vladimir Kostrov, Evgeny Rein, Yuri Polyakov, Timur Kibirov, Sergey Chuprinin, Evgeny Chigrin, Vladimir Shemshuchenko, Konstantin Kedrov, Elena Katsyuba, Natalya Grantseva, Alexander Kovalev and many others, and the number of participants in all festivals exceeded one thousand people.

This year too, poets and writers from more than 10 countries took part in the festival. The festival was also attended by poets, members of the literary associations Svirel (Schelkino City Library) and Syringa (Central Regional Library), employees of the Shchelkino City Branch Library.

On the final day of the festival, all participants were greeted and congratulated by the head of the cultural sector of the administration of the Leninsky district Tatiana Kres, who thanked the organizing committee and Irina Siletskaya personally for the preparation and holding of the festival, expressed gratitude for the work of the literary associations Svirel (Schelkino) and Syringa (p. Lenino), presented diplomas from the sector of culture of the Administration of the Leninsky district.

During the award ceremony, members of the LITO Svirel (Schelkino) became laureates of the festival: Kolyaka Irina (3rd place in the nomination Poems about Love, 1st place in the nomination Audience Award. General Themes) and Shcherbina Irina (3rd place in the nomination Poems about Prague).

To evaluate the work put forward, the organizing committee of the festival creates a competent international jury of famous writers, editors, publishers, teachers of the Literary Institute named after A.M. Gorky, whose composition will be published later.Members of the International Jury evaluate each work on a ten-point scale and submit their marks in special forms to the Competition Organizing Committee within the time limits specified in the Rules of the Jury. Based on the sum of points that each work will score after grading by all members of the jury, the Organizing Committee forms a long list (long list) of applicants, and then a short list (short list) of the finalists of the literary competition, from which then the authors and works that won in each nomination will be selected. Evaluation of texts at all stages is anonymous.

6. The awarding of the winners in all nominations will take place during the Festival. The results of the competition in all nominations will be announced before 06/01/2010.

7. During the Festival, literary readings, master classes in poetry, prose and literary translation, meetings with Russian and foreign publishers, round tables on the problems of book publishing and translation, the development of modern literature, as well as presentations of books by the Festival participants will be held.

8. All participants may submit their books, audio CDs, etc. at the exhibition-sale organized within the framework of the Festival.

9. The organizers of the Festival provide accommodation and meals only for guests personally notified of this by the Organizing Committee. Participants of the festival are accommodated at their own expense in the private sector of the city, in the Moskovskiye Dachi boarding house or in any other boarding house.
