This film continues the tradition of showing life in the United States not with the front facade, so this time the audience will see America of incomplete families, drug addicts and sexual harassment of teachers to students.

The main character is Eric’s high school student performed by Zoya Deutsch (who readers can remember how the heroine of the weak comedies “Why is he?” And “grandfather of easy behavior”, and the audience is more shyly – as a UN O'Neill in rye) in free from Time is not too ordinary in learning: he has oral sex with adult men, and then her two girlfriends with a smartphone appear, and the unlucky like -minded professor of Humbert has to fork out so that the video recording of his adventures does not become a universal property. She needs money in this way in order to make a deposit for her father, who is under investigation for an attempt to rob the casino. Meanwhile, her mother has a new life partner who introduces Eric with his son from his first marriage – a fat young man who has just been discharged from the clinic for the rehabilitation of drug addicts. He says that he was addicted to drugs for a reason, but after a mental injury from sexual harassment by the teacher. Erica finds this man and, together with his friends and the future consolidated brother, decides to punish him according to the already worked out scheme … It ends everything predictably: Erica is under house arrest, and her new friend in prison, but the audience see that even a thick addict and a young whore are capable On serious feelings and real self -sacrifice.

Unfortunately, the interesting and dynamic plot of the first hour of the film is greatly depreciated by the finale. More precisely, everything falls apart at the very moment when the film should become the most interesting – because of a teenage attempt to restore justice, a person dies, and the degree of his guilt remains unclear (after all, the main character has only his word against the word of her half-brother at her disposal) , an attempt to escape to Mexico fails, plus it also turns out that the father, for whose release from prison the main character saved up money, does not need her at all …

However, let's not find fault too much: rarely any of the recent films can serve as a model of logic! Suffice it to recall Attraction, Pacific Rim 2, Alien: Covenant or Arrhythmia … So it's good that films like Adult Games are released on the screens – albeit not fully developed, but sincere and about living of people!
