Video Report from the exhibition Mhes 2012. Part 2

AT The first part of the video report We presented an interview with the organizers of the exhibition, as well as – videos from the stands of Mhesi 2012 participants. Now – see the continuation of the video report. And before giving the word to representatives of companies, we will briefly tell about the composition of the exhibition participants and the equipment they presented.

All exhibitors can be conditionally divided into three parts. The largest of them is large (and not so) distribution companies that represent the interests of foreign manufacturers of Hi-End equipment in Russia, deal with various issues of logistics, customs and supply of retail to this technique. Then (in number) are audioSalones-“Audiomania”, “Nota+”, “Resonance”, Customav and others, in which the Hi-End equipment can be purchased. In addition, these salons often act as distributors of some brands. And finally, manufacturers. Among them, I would like to note the domestic developers of amplifiers, speakers, DACs and other equipment: Helium Acoustics, Next Sound, Burcev Audio, Tchernov Audio, Alexei Semin, as well as the Latvian company Onda Ligera. It is important that the new format of the exhibition made it possible to attract interest and participate in it as rather large distributors, who for several years for various reasons did not participate in such events, so small companies – developers, for whom the budget of large exhibitions often turned out to be unbearable.

Increase

Another interesting feature of the Hi-End equipment exhibition was that in many systems, as sources of high-quality phonograms, along with vinyl or CD, the company's players did not hesitate to use network players of various levels and classes or laptops. At the same time, judging by the mood and reviews of visitors, this fact did not cause any protest or rejection at all. Thus, we can assume that the process of convergence of analog (including based on lamp circuitry) and computer technologies from a kind of wonders turned into a common occurrence and gains more and more popularity.
